What is it?

SSCLK is a simple DOS screen saver clock and calendar.
While running, it displays the current date and time in a small window
which randomly moves around the screen to prevent monitor burn in.
SSCLK could be ran from another utility that supports DOS screen savers
or by itself as a stand alone product.
